Seasons Furnishings announces change in company secretary

Seasons Furnishings announced that Prasenjit Kalita working as Company Secretary, resigned and he was relieved of his duties w.e.f. 10 May 2014.The Company appointed S. K. Sachdeva as Company Secretary and he joined his duties w.e.f. 11 July 2014.
