Shanthi Gears standalone net profit rises 56.17% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 9.16% to Rs 54.80 crore

Net profit of Shanthi Gears rose 56.17% to Rs 9.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 6.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 9.16% to Rs 54.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 50.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 26.97% to Rs 28.58 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 22.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 16.40% to Rs 214.12 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 183.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
