Sharon Bio-Medicine announces change in company secretary

With effect from 10 October 2014

Sharon Bio-Medicine announced that Samsad Alam Khan, has resigned as a Company Secretary as well as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014 and Archana Hemant Andhare has been appointed as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 10 October 2014.
