Shipping Corporation of India announced that the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:-1. Vide letter dt. 08 September 2015, Ministry of Shipping has informed that S. V. Kher, has been appointed as Director (Bulk Carrier & Tanker) on the Board of the Company for a period of five years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, on or after 01 October 2015 or till the date of his superannuation, until further orders, whichever is earlier.
2. Capt. Sunil Thapar will cease to be Director (Bulk Carrier & Tanker) on the Board of the Company on 30 September 2015 (end of the day) due to his superannuation.
