Net loss of Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services reported to Rs 39.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 76.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 6.96% to Rs 274.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 294.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 45.57% to Rs 37.65 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 69.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 14.70% to Rs 1074.24 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1259.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
