Net loss of Shiva Global Agro Industries reported to Rs 0.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 0.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 0.78% to Rs 38.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 38.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 43.08% to Rs 1.81 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 3.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 4.89% to Rs 105.95 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 111.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
