Shriram Transport Finance Company announces resignation of director

With effect from 15 November 2014

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that Arun Duggal, Non Executive and Non Independent Director and Chairman of the Company has decided to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 15 November 2014. The Company have proposed a Circular Resolution to the Board of Directors in this regard.
