Shriram Transport Finance Company to allot NCDs aggregating Rs 100 crore

The Allotment Committee - NCDs of Shriram Transport Finance Company in its meeting held on 13 March 2018, approved and allotted 1,000 Secured Redeemable Rated Listed Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 100 crore on private placement basis.
