Sidh Automobiles has divested its investment in all its subsidiaries Companies viz Wholly Cow Dairy, Wholly Joy products, SunriseBliss Organics, Wholly Organic, Wholly Organic Products and Wholly Joy Dairy. The Agreement / Share transfer deed were initially executed / made on 01 March, 2018 and the part consideration was received on 07 June, 2018, part of which was also received on 01 March, 2018 on account of sale of shares and thus, transaction was completed on 07 June 2018. The total consideration received is Rs.6.50 lakh against investment of Rs.6.00 lakh. The Buyers are not covered / belongs to Promoter / Promoter group / group companies.
