Signet Industries fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 19 August 2015

Signet Industries has fixed 19 August 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members for subdivision / splitting of the equity shares in the ratio of 10:1 i.e. ten equity shares of Rs. 1/ each for every one equity share of Rs. 10/- each held.
