Simran Farms standalone net profit rises 249.38% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 6.63% to Rs 119.95 crore

Net profit of Simran Farms rose 249.38% to Rs 11.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 3.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 6.63% to Rs 119.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 112.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 23.38% to Rs 0.59 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.71% to Rs 447.17 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 444.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
