SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

Under ESOP

SKS Microfinance announced that on 03 March 2015, the Company has allotted 24,447 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
