SRF closes QIP issue on 16 Oct

Approves issue price of Rs 4250n per share

SRF declared the closure of QIP issue period on 16 October 2020. The company has approved the issue price for 17,64,705 Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a price of Rs 4,250 per Equity Share, including a premium of Rs 4,240 per Equity Share.

The issue opened on 12 October 2020.
