Standard Industries announced F. M. Pardiwalla, Non-Executive, Independent Director, has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 14 November 2016, due to health reasons.The Notice of resignation of F. M. Pardiwalla will be placed in the next Meeting of the Board of Directors for its noting.
