With effect from 17 July 2014
State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur announced that change of directorate has taken place on the Board of the Bank.1. State Bank of India has nominated Ramesh Chandra Srivastava, GM (A&S) State Bank of India as Director on the Board in terms of Section 25(1)(c) of the SBI (SB) Act, 1959 in place of Purna Chandra Jena w.e.f. 17 July 2014.
2. In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of section (19) and sub section(1) of Section 20 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, appointed B. Sriram, Managing Director, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur as Managing Director of State Bank of India.
