Styrolution ABS (India) announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 March 2016

Styrolution ABS (India) announced the changes which took place in the composition of Board of the Company, which are as under:

1. With effect from 01 March 2016: Myung Suk Chi will be stepping down as Managing Director and CEO of the Company as well as from the directorship of the Company.

2. With effect from 01 March 2016: Sanjiv Vasudeva will be joining the Board of Directors of the Company as Managing Director and CEO of the Company.

3. Vijay Kamat has resigned from his office of Alternate Directorship to Dr. Anke Frankenberger with effect from 01 March 2016.
