Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries consolidated net profit rises 123.63% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 4.37% to Rs 8431.38 crore

Net profit of Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries rose 123.63% to Rs 894.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 399.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 4.37% to Rs 8431.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 8078.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 22.87% to Rs 2903.82 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 3764.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 2.52% to Rs 33139.18 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 32325.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
