Sundaram Clayton announces appointment of Joint Managing Director

Effective September 2014

Sundaram Clayton announced that Sudarshan Venu, director, has been appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years effective September 2014 on such terms and conditions of appointment and remuneration, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next general meeting.
