Superb Papers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 November 2014, to determine the date for convening and holding an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company, to decide the ratio of the split/sub- division of face value of equity shares, and to approve the draft of the Notice for convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
