Surya Industrial Corporation announced that Mukhtar Singh Non Executive Director has submitted his resignation due to his other professional Commitments.

The Company has accepted his resignation and Mukhtar Singh ceases to be director from the board with effect from the date the closing hours of 30 September 2014.
