Surya Roshni gets ratings assigned for CP programme

Surya Roshni announced that CRISIL Credit Rating has assigned Credit Rating of Commercial paper Programme of Surya Roshni to CRISIL A1+(SO) for Rs. 100 crore on the credit enhancement in the form of stand by letter of Credit (SBLC) issued by State Bank of India.

For arriving at the aforesaid rating, CRISIL has combined the business and financial risk profiles of Surya Roshni (SRL) and its associate Surya Global Steel tubes (SGSTL), considering the approvals received so far without any change in the scheme of arrangement and the final stage of hearing(s) at National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
