Syndicate Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 09 December 2014

Syndicate Bank announced that Ramesh L Adige, who was nominated by Government of India under Section 9(3)(h) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, respectively, has ceased to be a director of the Bank with effect from 09 December 2014, consequent upon completion of his term of Office.
