T.V. Today Network announces change in directorate

With effect from 27 June 2015

T.V. Today Network announced Koel Purie Rinchet, whole time director of the Company has tendered her resignation as Whole-Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 27 June 2015 and she will continue as Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company.
