Tata Consultancy Services announces retirement of Vice Chairman

Tata Consultancy Services announced that S. Ramadorai, Vice Chairman, has stepped down from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 06 October 2014, on attaining the age of 70 years as per the Company's policy.
