Tata Motors reports net loss of Rs 312.15 crore in the March 2013 quarter

Net loss of Tata Motors reported to Rs 312.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 565.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 32.89% to Rs 10937.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 16297.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 75.70% to Rs 301.81 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1242.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 17.84% to Rs 44373.04 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 54005.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
