Tata Power Renewable Energy commissions 100 MW solar plant

At Pavagada Solar Park in Karnataka

Tata Power Company announced that its subsidiary, Tata Power Renewable Energy has commissioned its 100 MW solar plant (500 MWx2) at Pavagada Solar Park in Karnataka. The project was won by Tata Power Renewable Energy in May 2016 under the National Solar Mission Phase II Batch II Tranche I State Specific Bundling Scheme. With this development, Tata Power Renewable Energy's total installed operating capacity now stands at 1,614 MW.
