Tata Sponge Iron net profit declines 36.11% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Tata Sponge Iron declined 36.11% to Rs 9.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 14.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 16.33% to Rs 206.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 177.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 12.88% to Rs 85.43 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 75.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 27.27% to Rs 776.95 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 610.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
