TCPL Packaging to hold board meeting

TCPL Packaging will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to adopt Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015. & to consider and recommend dividend payment for the year 2014-15 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
