Through its subsidiary Team Lease Staffing Services

Team Lease Services announced that the control of Evolve Technologies and Services has been transferred to its wholly owned subsidiary i.e.,TeamLease Staffing Services with effect from 01 November 2017. Pursuant to this, Evolve becomes the Company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary.
