Tech Mahindra allots equity shares

Tech Mahindra announced that a resolution was passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 04 August 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 71997 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under ESOP schemes.
