Tejas Networks allots 1.49 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Tejas Networks has allotted 1,49,057 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2021. Consequent to the allotment made on June 23, 2021, the paid-up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 93,58,82,630 divided into 9,35,88,263 equity shares of Rs 10 each from Rs 93,43,92,060 divided into 9,34,39,206 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
