Tejas Networks has allotted 73,229 Equity Shares on November 25, 2020 pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by Eligible Employees/Senior Management/KMP under the respective Stock Option Plans.

Consequent to the allotment made on 25 November 2020, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 92,73,26,360 /- divided into 9,27,32,636 Equity Shares of ₹10/- each from ₹ 92,65,94,070 /- divided into 9,26,59,407 Equity Shares of ₹10/- each.
