Delhi High Court sanctions scheme
Texmaco Rail & Engineering announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) (Kalindee) and their respective shareholders and creditors vide its judgement pronounced on 26 February 2016. The drawn-up order of the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta was received by the Company on 11 April 2016.Subsequently, the Hon'ble High Court at Delhi has sanctioned the Scheme vide its judgement pronounced on 16 December 2016. The order of the Hon'ble High Court at Delhi has been uploaded on its website on 21 December 2016. Although, Kalindee is yet to receive the drawn-up order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
