Texmo Pipes & Products appoints company secretary

With effect from 20 February 2015

Texmo Pipes & Products announced that Ravi Patidar has appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 20 February 2015.

In terms of Clause 47(a) of listing agreement Ravi Patidar Company Secretary will also be Compliance Officer of the Company.
