Thacker & Company announced that :1. Raju R. Adhia has been appointed as Manager of the Company for a period of three (3) years with effect from September 2015 to 31 August 2018, at such remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the shareholders and Central Government, if required.
2. Priya Nair has been appointed as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
