Thangamayil Jewellery standalone net profit rises 399.09% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 57.39% to Rs 363.97 crore

Net profit of Thangamayil Jewellery rose 399.09% to Rs 5.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 57.39% to Rs 363.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 231.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 32.48% to Rs 13.95 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 10.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 1.57% to Rs 1294.78 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1274.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
