Timken India standalone net profit rises 59.79% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 17.25% to Rs 271.88 crore

Net profit of Timken India rose 59.79% to Rs 27.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 17.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 17.25% to Rs 271.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 231.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 13.91% to Rs 91.91 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 80.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 14.34% to Rs 1047.86 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 916.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
