Torrent Cables net profit declines 28.46% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Torrent Cables declined 28.46% to Rs 3.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 5.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 28.67% to Rs 74.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 104.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 7.10% to Rs 17.92 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 19.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 17.43% to Rs 374.71 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 319.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
