Torrent Pharmaceuticals redeems NCDs aggregating Rs 292.86 crore

Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced that the Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 150 crore out of the total NCDs of 500 crore issued under ISIN: INE685A07066 and Rs 142.86 crore out of the total NCDs of Rs 1000 crore issued under ISIN: INE685A07082 has been redeemed and repaid by the Company on 14 December 2020.
