Trio Mercantile & Trading announced that the Company's Scheme Petition CSP/854/2014 in the matter of Amalgamation of ARSS Engineering, with the Company under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other relevant provision of Companies Act, 2013, the Hon'ble Judge of Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has Pronounced and allowed the Scheme and copy of order was made available on 16 October 2015 and the Hon'ble Judge has on the application of the SEBI stayed the order till 10 November 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
