TTI Enterprise announces change in company secretary

TTI Enterprise announced that the Company Secretary of the Company, Binjal Mehta has resigned from her office w.e.f. 30 July 2014. The Board has accepted the same in its Board meeting held on 30 July 2014.Pursuant to Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement, the Company has appointed Sunita Singh as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2014.
