Tube Investments of India allots equity shares

On 24 December 2014

Tube Investments of India announced that the Company on 24 December 2014 has allotted 19,228 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Further, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,70,28,632 to 18,70,47,860 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,40,57,264/- to Rs. 37,40,95,720/-.
