Titan Company, Axis Bank, SBI August futures at premium
The Nifty August 2018 futures traded at 11396, a premium of 35.20 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 11360.80 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 4.72 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 14.44 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 116.10 points or 1.03% to settle at 11,360.80.
Titan Company, Axis Bank and State Bank of India were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Titan Company August 2018 futures traded at 923, at a premium over spot closing price of 920. Axis Bank August 2018 futures traded at 576.90, at a premium over spot closing price of 575.50. State Bank of India August 2018 futures traded at 300.80, at a premium over spot closing price of 299.90.
The August 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 30 August 2018.
