UCO Bank appoints Executive Director
With effect from 10 March 2015
UCO Bank announced that in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (a) of the sub-section (3) of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 and sub clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provision) Scheme, 1970/80, the Central Government appointed Charan Singh as Executive Director of UCO Bank for a period of five years w.e.f. 10 March 2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier as per Notification dated 10 March 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
