UCO Bank receives capital infusion of Rs 2600 cr from GoI

UCO Bank has received capital infusion of Rs 2600 crore from Govt. of India on 31 March 2021. The proposal for preferential allotment of equity shares to Government of India against capital contribution of Rs.2600 crore will be placed before the Board of Directors through circular resolution on or after 07 April 2021.
