Ujjivan Financial Services gets revision in credit ratings

From CARE and ICRA

Ujjivan Financial Services announced the following revisions in the Credit Ratings of various facilities / instruments of the Company as under:

- Long Term Bank Facilities: Upgraded from Rs. 3,500 crore 'CARE A' to Rs. 4,500 crore 'CARE A+'

- Rs. 90.00 crore NCD upgraded to ICRA A+ (pronounced ICRA A Plus) from ICRA A

- Rs. 37.5 crore NCD (reduced from Rs.75.00 crore) upgraded to "ICRA A+" (pronounced ICRA A Plus)" from "ICRA A-" (pronounced ICRA A Minus)"
