Ultracab (India) approves Bonus Issue

The Board of Ultracab (India) at the meeting held on 15 March 2022 has approved the allotment of 3,18,07,500 Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2 (i.e. 1 (One) Bonus share of Rs.02/- each for every 2 (Two) fully paid equity shares of Rs.02/- each) held by the shareholders on the record date fixed i.e. Saturday, 12 March, 2022.
