Union Bank of India standalone net profit declines 23.34% in the March 2015 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 7.43% to Rs 8240.64 crore

Net profit of Union Bank of India declined 23.34% to Rs 443.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 578.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Total Operating Income rose 7.43% to Rs 8240.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 7670.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.04% to Rs 1781.64 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1696.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Total Operating Income rose 9.32% to Rs 32083.96 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 29349.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
