Unishire Urban Infra announced that in the Board Meeting which was held on 09 January 2016 stated that Jayanta Gupta, Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company Unishire Urban Infra has resigned from the position w.e.f. 25 December 2015 and Ishita Tamret, has been appointed as the Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer of the Company with the same effect.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
