Thermal power producer Adani Power climbed 7.62% to Rs 52.95. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Commercial vehicles maker Ashok Leyland rose 5.80% to Rs 41.05. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
